Kevin Tsang

Background

Dr Kevin Tsang studied in Hong Kong when he was younger but read medicine in the UK at Guy's, King's College and St Thomas' Schools of Medicine, during which time he also undertook an intercalated BSc in neurosciences.

He has subsequently undergone basic surgical training in London, Cambridge and Oxford and trained specially to become a neurosurgeon in Plymouth and Bristol. He obtained his specialist registration in neurosurgery in July 2014 and became a consultant at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust in November 2014.

Craniofacial deformities (including craniosynostosis), hydrocephalus (including normal pressure hydrocephalus and Chiari malformations), endoscopic ventricular surgery (e.g. third ventriculostomy, colloid cyst, intraventricular tumours), traumatic brain injury (including cranioplasty), traumatic spinal injury (i.e. spinal fixation), degenerative spinal disorders, spinal tumours, benign tumours (meningiomas and haemangioblastomas)
